We’re delighted to announce that Add People have been awarded Investors in People Silver recognition following a recent review of our business.
The Investors In People (IIP) standard is set by business leaders, compiled from a list of 39 “must-haves” that good organisations measure up against to find and realise the potential of their people.
The list covers everything from business planning and leadership, to management effectiveness and performance measurement.
During our recent re accreditation process we demonstrated that our strategies, practices, and commitment go beyond the scope of the IIP standard and as such this led to us receiving the enhanced award of Investors In People – Silver Status.
Liam Linacre – IIP Assessor commented “The achievement of Investors In people Silver recognition is merited as Add People has demonstrated both formally and informally, many of the characteristics associated with high performance workplaces.”
Add People’s Co-Owner Grant Barton is delighted by the accreditation which represents the fruition of a lot of hard work. “Our IIP Silver recognition is a fantastic result and another positive step forward for our business. We place big value on our culture of developing people through on the job training, backed by clear objective setting and career development paths. Best of all, we are showing that by investing in our people we deliver better results for our customers.”
