How long have you been doing what you do?

Joined the company in 2009 progressed to management in 2010

What are you most passionate about professionally? What most excites you about your work & the contribution you can make?

I Love the training and coaching side to my role the most, there is nothing better than seeing a DMA (Digital Marketing Advisers) go from average to the top of the board and progress to BDM (Business Development Manager).

What’s your favourite way to spend a weekend or a Sunday afternoon?

At weekends I spend my time shopping, meeting up with friends and family for lunch and drinks.
Sundays are for hangovers watching movies and walks with my dog pudding

Where did you grow up and why aren’t you there now?

I grew up in Stockport and I’m still there now.

What are you complimented on most in your work?

My organisation and time keeping.

    Business Development Manager - 2009

    After 9 months at Add People, Joanne progressed to the BDM role in the business. Although her progression would not stop there.

    2008 - First Sales Job

    Directly after leaving school Joanne trained to become a hairdresser. With no sales experience behind her Joanne joined Add People in 2008.

    2010 - Sales Manager

    Joanne has always loved the satisfaction of helping new starters or helping people progress within the sales team. Working her way up through management Joanne now is involved in interviews, induction training and coaching/developing all DMA’s.
