Pay Per Click

PPC Account Manager – Account Managers look after a diverse portfolio of small businesses, keeping them aware of all the latest Google trends and products. They’ll also ensure that their clients have healthy and streamlined campaigns, so each customer is able to maximise their PPC budget to greatest effect.


PPC Build Specialist – Working closely with the PPC Account Manager, our PPC Build Specialists have to understand the customer’s business model, allowing them to fully research and build a PPC campaign to help ensure the customer has the very best chance of success.

Web Team

PHP Developer/Web Developer: These guys are responsible for writing clean and best practice coding. They’re capable of writing technical spec for complex projects with up-to-date trends and technologies. 


Web Designer: Web Designers are responsible for designing website mock-ups and other web graphics, which give demonstrates best UX. They should be full of creativity, so he or she can apply it to their designs.

SEO Team

Content & Off-Page Specialist An expert in all aspects of organic off-page optimisation, the core aspect of this role is to improve the performance of our organic SEO clients’ websites through the creation, upload and outreach of content. Their job helps to increase relevancy, build links to, drive traffic to and improve the brand visibility of our clients’ websites.

Senior SEO Specialist The core aspect to the role is to carry out on-site changes to clients’ websites – in-line with the customers’ online strategy – to improve the online presence and performance of the sites. The senior SEO specialists will also carry out analyses of websites, providing recommendations of on and off-page changes, and will support the SEO Pod Manager as a digital marketing knowledge leader.

 SEO Pod Account Team Manager – Team managers hold the responsibility of each client’s campaign performance. With a specific group of clients each, the pod manager will manage client relationships as well as manage the technical specialists within the pod, who will be delivering the work for clients. An organic search all-rounder, the POD manager will have in-depth knowledge, extensive experience and a proven track record of managing all aspects of on-page and off-page organic digital marketing, as well as having a thorough understanding of the digital marketing landscape as a whole. A team manager should demonstrate previous experience in managing staff in the delivery of organic marketing activity.

Behind the Scenes

Trainee Management Accountant – Training for the CIMA qualification, our Trainee Management Accountant is responsible for designing and producing management information across all areas of the business to enable informed decision-making and drive performance and improvement.

Finance Administrator – Our Finance Administrator is responsible for managing high volume sales ledger transactions, ensuring services are invoiced accurately and on a timely basis, as well as assisting clients with the ongoing management of their accounts. 

Credit Controller and Payroll Officer – Our Credit Controller manages sales ledger transactions and liaises with clients to ensure efficient collection of the company’s accounts receivables. Also manages all aspects of the company’s payroll .

Finance Manager Our Finance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company’s finances, including reconciliations and period end procedures.  Also assists the Finance Director with ad-hoc projects.
