Growth SEO Service Terms

Updated 18/06/26

In the interest of a strong partnership and successful campaign, we have outlined the responsibilities and requirements of our agreement below. These Service Terms are subject to our General Terms and each individual term applies unless agreed otherwise in your Contract.

Our Service

As your digital marketing partner, we will carry out our services with a reasonable standard of care. Our Growth SEO service may consist of:

Research: We may conduct an initial review of your business, including your website’s structure, content, conversions, user experience, visibility, off-page profile, competitors and wider market opportunities.

Monitoring & Optimisation: We will monitor the current performance of your website and may carry out on-page and off-page optimisation activity designed to improve the visibility and performance of the site, in line with the recommendations from the audit and strategy work.

Content, UX & Digital PR: Your campaign may include website content, user experience recommendations, conversion-focused improvements, digital PR ideation, outreach activity and supporting content designed to improve the visibility, authority and performance of your website and brand.

Any digital PR activity may involve ideas, angles, written content, commentary or outreach to third-party websites, publishers or platforms. Publication, placement, wording, links, timings and any third-party editorial decisions remain outside of our control.

Transparency & Satisfaction: We will provide you with updates on our activity and any work completed by us will be owned by you, the site owner, unless that work is owned, hosted, controlled or edited by a third-party platform, publisher or tool.

Your work can include, and is not limited to, the deliverables above. We will flexibly adapt the specific Services we provide to reflect our understanding of your requirements.

Client Responsibilities

In order for us to deliver our services effectively, there are a few specific requirements for you to consider. These requirements are your responsibility and they are essential to making sure that we can deliver our services properly:

Contact: We will need to have one point of contact who will be able to provide access details for relevant online accounts, sign off campaigns, approve content and provide information required to promote your business.

Access: You should provide the required access credentials as and when requested. We will notify you as to the required access needed to complete the work.

Prevent Delays: You must ensure that you provide us with any requested content, logins, access, responses, approvals or feedback and understand that any delays may impact the delivery and performance of your campaign.

Content & Approval: We may, on occasion, ask you for marketing collateral, brand guidelines, business information, customer information, images, statistics, commentary or other content relevant to your campaign. You must ensure that any information provided to us is accurate, appropriate, lawful and approved for use.

Where digital PR, outreach, content or UX work requires approval, we require feedback and sign-off within a reasonable timescale. Any delays in approval may affect delivery, publication opportunities or campaign performance.

Platforms: You must comply with the terms and conditions of any third-party agreement you enter into in relation to our services, including but not limited to search engines, analytics tools, website platforms, advertising platforms, publishers and other third-party services.

Third-Party Liability

Add People has no control over third-party platforms, publishers, websites, search engines, AI platforms, algorithms or editorial decisions. As such, we cannot guarantee how your website, brand, listings, content or coverage will display, nor can we guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, links, coverage or commercial outcomes.

We cannot take responsibility for any detrimental effects arising from actions made by you, third-party platforms, publishers, search engines, AI platforms or other external parties. Where content, campaign angles, statistics, claims or commentary have been supplied or approved by you, you remain responsible for ensuring they are accurate, appropriate and suitable for publication.

Intellectual Property

Where you agree to participate in a case study, client spotlight, testimonial, or other marketing activity, the licence granted above shall extend to cover the use, reproduction, publication, and display of any related content, materials, data, logos, and trade marks for promotional and marketing purposes, including after the termination or expiry of the agreement.
