Managed CRO Service Terms
Updated 18/06/26
In the interest of a strong partnership and a successful optimisation strategy, we have outlined the responsibilities and requirements of our agreement below. These Service Terms are subject to the General Terms, and each term applies unless agreed otherwise in your Contract.
Our Service
As your conversion rate optimisation partner, we will carry out our services with a reasonable standard of care. Our CRO services will consist of:
Research*: We will conduct an initial review of your business, including your website’s user journey, conversion funnel, design, messaging, navigation, and competitor analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Testing & Optimisation*: We will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to conversions and carry out testing*, usability improvements, and design enhancements aimed at increasing conversion rates and user engagement based on insights from the initial audit.
Transparency & Satisfaction: We will provide you with reports, including insights and implemented changes. All completed work will be owned by you, the site owner. You will also be able to provide feedback to ensure you are satisfied with the service you receive.
Your work can include, but is not limited to, the deliverables above – we will adapt our approach based on your specific requirements to maximise results.
*If you requested to remove user research from your deliverables, testing will not be completed. A/B testing will also not be actioned unless you selected this as an addon.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure we can deliver our CRO services effectively, there are a few key responsibilities on your end. These requirements are essential to ensuring optimal performance and results:
Access: To facilitate the implementation of CRO improvements, you should provide the necessary access credentials, including but not limited to: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, website CMS access, and any testing or personalisation tools.
Content & Assets: We may occasionally request marketing collateral, brand guidelines, or specific product/service information for use in optimisations. You must ensure that requested content is provided promptly, as delays may impact the effectiveness and timeline of your optimisation strategy.
Approval: We require timely approval and feedback on proposed changes, tests, and recommendations to ensure optimisations can be implemented efficiently.
Compliance: You must comply with the terms and conditions of any third-party tools or platforms used as part of the CRO strategy, such as analytics software, A/B testing tools, or personalisation platforms.
Third-Party Liability: We have no control over third-party platforms, analytics tools, or external factors that may influence website performance. As such, we cannot guarantee specific conversion rate increases or take responsibility for any unforeseen impacts resulting from changes made by you or third-party platforms.
Intellectual Property
Where you agree to participate in a case study, client spotlight, testimonial, or other marketing activity, the licence granted above shall extend to cover the use, reproduction, publication, and display of any related content, materials, data, logos, and trade marks for promotional and marketing purposes, including after the termination or expiry of the agreement.
