Retentions Executive
Basic Salary c24-28K OTE 30-35K
We are seeking a confident ‘Retentions Executive’ to support our Retentions Team
Decreasing client churn across all departments and increasing the lifetime value of our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is professional, has excellent communication skills and is driven to provide a first class service to our clients.

Typical Tasks
- Understand client issues and proactively identify solutions
- Reinforce the company values and provide customers with reasons to stay
- Collaborate across all teams to resolve issues
- Match products and pricing with client needs
- Renewals of client contracts to increase the lifetime value of clients
- Attention to detail and ability to follow tasks through
Required Skills
- You will need strong objection handling skills, and high levels of resilience.
- Previous Experience within an Outbound Sales/Retentions role desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
