Please note: Add People have no control over the website platforms used and thus cannot take responsibility for any detrimental effects from actions made by you or these platforms. Also, any requested additional work or support outside the Contract agreement will be subject to additional charges. |
Your responsibilities:
In order for us to deliver our services effectively, there are a few specific requirements for you to consider. These requirements are your responsibility and they are essential to making sure that we can deliver our services properly:
Please note: any failures to meet these requirements will result in delays in the production of your new website and may also result in additional charges. |
Complaints:
Our complaints procedure is designed to quickly resolve any client concerns. Email feedback@addpeople.co.uk or your Account Manager with your specific complaint and relevant information to back it up. If your complaint is not resolved immediately, it will then be escalated to a senior member of staff. |
Cancellations:
You are responsible for paying the agreed costs within the Contract. These costs are non-refundable and split into three independent stages. These stages include setup, design and development. Therefore, if you wish to cancel your contract, you may be required to pay out your outstanding payments in full. |
